Doug Jenkins
President, Senior IT/Automation Specialist

Doug is founder and President of iSpire – Inspired Technologies Inc. In January 2015, Doug co-founded ConnexionWorks, a collaborative co-working space in uptown Saint John where iSpire resides. Doug graduated from UNB with an Electrical Engineering degree and is an avid motorcyclist, working part-time as a certified motorcycle instructor. He is driven by helping individuals and companies reach their goals.


Chris Boudreau
CRO
Chief Revenue Officer

Chris is a senior IT Executive with deep expertise in strategy and process re-engineering. His career spans Telecom, Translation and Globalization, Healthcare and now the Managed Services Security Provider sector. Chris brings his unique perspective to iSpire that combines his technical know-how, strategy and process to lead our Strategic Initiatives. He is a graduate of the Wallace McCain Institute’s ELP program and has received multiple awards for his work. Chris also holds a Patent for “Integrated Controlled Language, Machine Translation and Translation Memory Systems”. Chris has served on multiple boards in his community and in his spare time he enjoys being outdoors, renovating and is also passionate in helping others grow by providing coaching and mentorship to C-Level leaders and Non-Profits.


Judy Armstrong

Judy has been with us since 2009 and ensures the day-to-day office operations are running smoothly and keeps a tight hand on our budgets. Judy has been managing offices, money and people, for more years than she would like us to mention. Judy resides on the Westside with her husband and spends her free time spoiling her granddaughter.


John Foote

Chief Technical Officer

Originally from St. John’s, NL, lived in Saint John, NB for almost 20 years now. Pursued computer repair and support as a hobby for many years before moving into a career path with a focus on Networking and Security. Graduated from NBCC with diplomas in Network Administration and Cybersecurity in 2021. John enjoys his free time gardening on the family farm, tinkering with old electronics, and spending some time on his hobbies.


Dustin Trafton
Technical Pillar Lead

Dustin grew up in Lake George/Fredericton area and currently resides in Saint John. He graduated with a diploma in Information System Specialist from Compu College in 2009. Dustin started his IT career doing hardware replacements and computer builds. He then went on to work at Xerox where he had a career spanning 7 years doing everything from software support, hardware support and training. Dustin started with iSpire as a tier 1 technician and quickly became the HelpDesk Support Manager. He now is the Manager of the Dealerships and Municipalities Pillar. Dustin is a Comic Book reader and Gamer in his spare time.


Barry Keizer
Senior Project Manager

Barry enjoys living in Quispamsis, with his wife. While his official title is Senior Project manager, Barry tends to wear many hats around the office. Mainly he specializes in implementing new projects, with the magical skills to make ideas happen. Barry is a problem solver who finds ways to get things done and creates things people like. He has extensive experience as a project manager, management consultant, organizational change management consultant, organizational process analyst, and technical implementation. He holds PMI Project Manager Professional, SCRUM Master, and ADKAR certifications.


Joe Vautour
Technical Pillar Lead

Joe is originally from Chipman NB, and currently resides in Quispamsis NB with his wife and two children. Joe’s career spans 20 years in the IT Service industry holding various positions from Field Technician to Client Delivery Manager. In his off-time Joe is an avid outdoorsman enjoying hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting. Joe is a devoted family man who enjoys sharing his passion for the outdoors and all things Sci-Fi with his children.


Ryan Quinn
Software Development Lead

Ryan is from Quispamsis, NB and graduated from the IT: Programmer Analyst course at the NBCC Saint John Campus in 2020. He has an extensive collection of video games, ranging from retro to modern and can often be found at the local pawn shop looking to grow his collection. He turned his knowledge of programming and love of video games into a hobby. Developing, designing, and publishing his own games. He loves to travel, spend time with his family, and curl up with his wife and large quantities of popcorn for movie night.
